ST3-P7 Change to Smoking Policy

The man is not happy about the university's new smoking policy that now people can't smoke near doorways of all university buildings and if they do, they'll get fined up to $500.

First of all, he doesn't want to stand out in the rain to smoke. Although there are several smoking shelters such as cafeteria, they are too small considering the number of smokers, so it's always hard to find a place to sit down and sometimes he can't even get in.

Also he complains bitterly that smoking areas are so far away from most of his classes, which isn't very convenient.

For these reasons, he is against the new policy.
