Task 2] Would you rather be leader or member of a group?
I'd like to be a leader rather than a member of a group due to several reasons.
First of all, I'm a very assertive and considerate person. So, I'm sure that I can make a right judgement which is very beneficial and informative for the group.
What is more, I am fairly patient and tolerant, which will help me to lead the group more wisely.
With respect and tolerance, I can lead each individual in harmony, listening to all of my team member's opinions carefully.
So, I think to be a leader is better than a member of group.
